What this website does

You can browse songs, releases and styles, listen to available previews, and follow links to streaming platforms or official videos. This site has no user accounts, payment processing, sales checkout, forms or newsletter. Merch opens a separate website with its own policies.

Data and purposes

The hosting service may process IP addresses, requested pages, timestamps and technical logs to deliver and secure the website. The basis is our legitimate interest in operating a reliable, secure service. If you email us, we process your address and message to respond to your request, based on our legitimate interest in handling enquiries or, where applicable, steps you request before an agreement. Please do not send unnecessary sensitive information.

Only with your consent, Google Analytics 4 measures page views and selected outbound clicks. It may use pseudonymous browser identifiers and technical information about your device and visit. Custom events include public song or playlist titles and destination URLs, not contact details. We remove query strings and fragments from measured URLs and do not send email addresses or user IDs. Consent is optional and does not affect access to the catalogue.

Consent and recipients

Google Analytics does not load until you accept analytics. Reject blocks it. You can change or withdraw consent through Cookie Settings in the footer at any time. Withdrawal stops subsequent measurement; it does not invalidate processing already lawfully performed.

Service providers and processors

Hostinger provides hosting and technical infrastructure and may process technical data necessary to deliver and protect this service, under its applicable terms and data-processing arrangements. See Hostinger’s Data Processing Addendum.

Google Analytics / Google LLC provides web analytics. Our integration sends data only after you consent to analytics. Google may act as a processor when processing Analytics data on behalf of Francisco Zamora, in accordance with the data-processing terms applicable to EEA customers. Clicking an external link takes you to a separate provider with its own policies. Audio preview files come from their identified providers; playback contacts that provider. Audio players do not preload audio. This site does not embed social media or Spotify widgets.

International processing

Some providers may process personal data outside the European Economic Area. We do not state that all data is stored exclusively in the European Union. Depending on the service and circumstances, Google’s international transfers may rely on applicable adequacy decisions, the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework where applicable, standard contractual clauses or other mechanisms provided by applicable data-protection law. Retention

Our retention period for user-level and event-level Google Analytics data is 14 months. This setting concerns data subject to GA4 retention controls; it does not set the retention of standard aggregated reports. Your cookie preference and the Analytics cookies configured by this site have a separate maximum lifetime of 180 days.

Contact enquiries received at morganluna078@gmail.com may be retained for up to 12 months from the last communication, unless a legal obligation, claim, dispute or legitimate need justifies a longer period.

Technical hosting data and logs are retained for as long as necessary to deliver the service, ensure security, prevent abuse, resolve incidents and comply with legal obligations, in accordance with Hostinger’s applicable policies and terms. No fixed number of days is specified here.
